Leo F. Fox III, (Co-Founder / Past President & Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Fox, Tenacity Solutions Inc. President and CEO, is a visionary leader and entrepreneur with strong Intelligence Community and technology experience in enterprise information assurance across many technology segments. Mr. Fox has extensive international and domestic experience in operations and mission support, and in each executive role he has undertaken, he has proven his ability to rapidly assimilate Intelligence Community trends and strategically integrate those trends into products, services, and functional areas of organizations.
Founding Tenacity Solutions Inc. in 2003, Mr. Fox comes to Tenacity Solutions from Creative Technologies Inc., where he served as the Director of Administrative Programs. Prior to Creative Technologies Inc., Mr. Fox served as Co-Founder and Director of Network Engineering at Communications Technology Exchange. Mr. Fox also served as a Technical Security Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency for over nine years where he held various positions in technology and management areas.
Mr. Fox holds a Graduate Certificate from the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Citadel.
Mr. Fox lives with his wife, Mary, and their three children in Vienna, Virginia.

Gary W. Eldridge, (Co-Founder / Past President & VP Cyber Division)
Mr. Eldridge, Tenacity Solutions Inc. Vice President and Corporate Security Officer has over 40 years experience in all aspects of security and program management with the Military and Intelligence Communities. He has extensive experience working with executive agencies providing Cyber Security oversight of information systems certifications and approvals.
Co-Founding Tenacity Solutions Inc. in 2003, Mr. Eldridge comes to Tenacity Solutions from Creative Technologies Inc., where he served as the Program Manager of vulnerability assessments. Prior to Creative Technologies Inc., Mr. Eldridge worked for Logicon as System Integrator and Computer Science Corporation as a system engineer specializing in Defense Messaging Service. Mr. Eldridge started his career in the US Navy where he retired as a Chief Navy Cryptologic Technician (Communication) after 21 years.
Mr. Eldridge is a graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Information Security.
He and his wife Sybil have three children, 4 grandchildren and live in Manassas VA.
William E. Howard, (Co-Founder / Past Principle Systems Engineer)
Mr. Howard, Tenacity Solutions Inc. Principal Systems Engineer is a high energy, mission-focused leader, with a solid record of accomplishment in the intelligence and defense markets. Mr. Howard has extensive expertise in systems engineering, enterprise and systems architecture (including Windows workstation and Server ,IBM OS2, Solaris, RedHat Linux ),mass data ingest and cloud computing, information assurance, communications and IP network design and implementation intelligence operations.
While Co-Founding Tenacity Solutions Inc. in 2003, Mr. Howard has served the Intelligence Community for over 25 years. During this tenure he has consistently received recognition for his work through citations and commendations, including the highest civilian award given by the Director of National Security.
Prior to Tenacity Solutions Inc., Mr. Howard held lab engineer, system engineer, network engineer, and program analyst positions at Duer Advanced Technology & Aerospace (DATA), CTX Corporation, and IBM/Loral/Lockheed Martin FSD serving the Intelligence Community. Mr. Howard started his career in the U.S. Army.
Mary B. Fox, (Co-Founder / Past Chairman of the Board)
Mary Keeney Blincow Fox is the Chairman of the Board of Tenacity Solutions Incorporated, an organization generating approximately $34 million annual business that encompasses the highest quality cyber security, enterprise engineering, and global mission support services.
For more than three decades, Mrs. Fox has been involved with building bridges between our customers and our technology solutions. She was instrumental in the formation of Tenacity Solutions in 2003, and continues to be the moral compass of the organization. Mrs. Fox's passion for supporting her customers is only surpassed by her desire to create and maintain a corporate culture that helps out the less fortunate. From going to Blue Fields, Nicaragua with her two daughters on a three weeks mission trip to help a local orphanage, to encouraging her staff to get involved with local causes, Mrs. Fox's unbounded energy for helping the less fortunate is to be applauded.
Mrs. Fox holds a Bachelors Degree from George Washington University and an Associates Degree from Saint Mary's College.
Mrs. Fox lives with her husband Leo, and their three children in Vienna, Virginia.
